Kalibo Airport’s new terminal is currently under renovation. In the coming months, expect to see additional improvements to the airport’s services and facilities.
Most shopping is located on the 2nd floor of the departure terminal and includes duty free stores, souvenir shops, and local arts and crafts vendors.
Dining within the airport is limited to smaller cafes and canteens selling snacks and beverages. Full-service restaurants offering Filipino, American, and Korean cuisine are located just outside the terminal.
Massage services and a children’s play area are located on the ground floor of the departure terminal. A VIP airport lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the departure terminal.
In many domestic airports in the Philippines, passengers are required to pay a terminal fee when departing. For this reason, it is advisable to carry Philippine Pesos with you at all times when traveling in the Philippines. The terminal fee for Kalibo Airport is PHP 200 per domestic passenger and PHP 500 for international passengers as of January 1, 2015.
Airline ticket offices and an ATM machine are located just outside the departure terminal.
