In many domestic airports in the Philippines, passengers are required to pay a terminal fee when departing.  For this reason, it is advisable to carry Philippine Pesos with you at all times when traveling in the Philippines.  The terminal fee for Kalibo Airport is PHP 200 per domestic passenger and PHP 500 for international passengers as of January 1, 2015.

Airline ticket offices and an ATM machine are located just outside the departure terminal.
